The CEMF (Centre d'Etudes Monétaires
et Financières - Centre for Monetary and Financial Studies)
is a research unit of the LEG (Laboratoire
d'Economie et de Gestion - UMR no. 5118 /CNRS and Université
de Bourgogne). Within the Joint Research Unit LEG, the CEMF
is connected to the FARGO.
The CEMF was founded under the aegis of Professor
Bernard Schmitt in the mid '70s. The field of research of the
CEMF is Monetary Macroeconomics. Its main objective is to develop
the full potential of the Monetary Economy of Production concept
advocated by Keynes and based on the principle of effective
demand and on the finance motive.

in collaboration with ADEK (Association pour le Déveloippement
des Etudes Keynésiennes)
